Southern Oregon University’s 2025 Annual Report highlights a landmark year of philanthropy, with $14.5 million contributed by more than 3,000 donors during FY 2024-25. These funds provide critical support for scholarships, athletic programs, and academic initiatives. 2024 Annual Report
The 2024 annual report details how over 3,000 donors contributed a total of $9.5 million during FY 2023-24, supporting a variety of initiatives including scholarships, athletics, and academic programs. We celebrate the generosity of the SOU community and its commitment to providing students with a quality education.
2023 Annual Report
The philanthropic leadership of more than a record 2,600 donors contributed a total of $15.4 million to support the university. This includes the largest philanthropic gift in the history of SOU. Southern Oregon University just celebrated its 150th anniversary, and it was a wonderful moment to reflect on the past and to dream about what we will accomplish in the years ahead. That future is already here.
2022 Annual Report
During the year, more than 2,000 alumni, friends, foundations, and corporate partners contributed a record-breaking $7.67 million in private funding to support the university’s academic programs, campus infrastructure, service initiatives, and intercollegiate athletics. Philanthropic investments continue to make an increasingly visible mark on the SOU campus.
