SOU BRIDGE PROGRAM

The SOU Bridge Program supports first-generation and at-risk students who need additional wrap-around support services to retain and complete their education. Bridge develops students’ academic success skills, leadership skills, civic engagement, and cultural competency. By providing pre-college orientation, peer-to-peer mentoring, connection with campus resources, on-campus job opportunities, and year-long courses that build skills and knowledge essential to college success, students can overcome barriers and succeed.
