SOU Faculty and Staff are invited to support Cīvicus at SOU and will receive a gift benefit starting with a donation of $50 for one limited-edition Cīvicus t-shirt and $100 for two t-shirts.
Use the form below to make your gift, and please indicate if you wish to receive the t-shirt benefit, and if so, include your preferred t-shirt size(s) in the gift comment.
*The tax-deductibility of your donation is offset by $30 for each t-shirt received. If you wish to opt out of the t-shirt benefit, please select “No” to the t-shirt question on the gift form. Only two shirts per household.
