The choirs of Southern Oregon University and the Rogue Valley Chorale are coming together to present the inaugural performance of the Master Voices Series. This partnership will enable these two organizations to combine resources into a 100+ member chorus and orchestra to share works of the highest caliber with the Rogue Valley annually. Owing to their difficulty and the forces required, the opportunity to encounter such masterpieces alongside professional musicians will be invaluable for SOU students and a rare treat for both singers and audiences alike!
The SOU music program is currently raising funds to officially kickoff the series in March of 2025 with Verdi’s Requiem, considered among the crowning achievements of classical music.
