For 2022, Raiders Football is organized into six Kaizen Teams. Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement. The definition of kaizen comes from two Japanese words: ‘kai’ meaning ‘change’ and ‘zen’ meaning ‘good’.
